Consider using intuit/auto #49
Description
We should look into using Intuit's auto, which sets up automated release via a less cumbersome semantic-release type of process.
I only just learned about this from our collaborators on DANDI and haven't looked into it yet. But if this has good ergonomics then I imagine it will be better than our push-tag-to-release workflow.
