Problem Statement

Testing on Python 3.14 is currently disabled because our dependencies are not yet available for Python 3.14.

Proposed Solution

Once all dependencies are available, testing should be enabled by adding the corresponding classifier to the noxfile as well as removing the cibuildwheel test exclusion filter.
