创建新帖时有什么自动填充开头模板的方法吗？

我是在vscode中创建，但在_posts中新建.md文件，不会自动填充下列模板：

这样每次就需要手动粘贴一遍，所以想请教作者的自动化配置

这个我目前也没有什么自动化配置，就是每次把 template.md 文件手动复制一份。
