Painfully Fake Progress Bar

I think it would be neat if when the queue processor was scheduled to start (there is no need to make sure it has actually started), a "progress bar" could animate while looking at your queue, which would pretend to convey how far along the queue processor is.

Example way it could work if the processor takes ballpark 2 minutes: have it make 6.67% progress in the first second, then have it take 2 seconds to do it again, then 3 seconds, etc, so it is continuously getting slower. The final 6.67% should take 15 seconds, and hey presto, you have a 2 minute "progress bar".
