Introduce a flag for configuring autoread on a connection

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Right now, all results are being autoread. In theory, there are cases where disabling this behaviour makes more sense.

Enable it on the connection API like the java driver: https://neo4j.com/docs/api/java-driver/current/org.neo4j.driver/org/neo4j/driver/internal/spi/Connection.html
