MCP keeps disconnecting

I have the MCP server added to Cursor and it does work briefly but keeps disconnecting after a minute or two. Sometimes I switch it back on and Cursor is still making an execution plan before it switches off again.

Re-authorisation seems to be required once a day or so, I'm not talking about that. I'm talking  about just switching off.
