Prepending "Catalyst" to Model Name, in line with other Catalyst devices
Also, changing interfaces to be in accordance with my device of this type:
1/0/1-1/0/8 are FiveGigabitEthernet, not TenGigabitEthernet
1/0/41 - 1/0/48 are TenGigabitEthernet, not FiveGigabitEthernet
