Need help for install plugin for netboxcommunity/netbox:v3.6-2.7.0

I want to install Netbox Topology Views Plugin with docker, i follow these steps but i got

What is the problem?

also I try this

cat plugin_requirements.txt
netbox-topology-views>=3.7

It solved
my problem was in
plugin_requirements.txt
I change this

netbox-topology-views>=3.7

to

netbox-topology-views==3.7.1
