[Bug]: 'device show' shows devices marked as DEAD, but 'sqPoller show service=device shows no issues #967

Steps to Reproduce
Polling a small set of Cisco IOS switches. 'device show' shows devices as DEAD. 'sqPoller show service=device' shows no issues. Changing an interface status on either a switch marked as 'ALIVE' or 'DEAD' gets recorded appropriately, however. Logs show no parsing issues.
'interface' and other information looks correct, but shows them marked as Active and then Inactive.
Expected Behavior
Since all switches appear to be polled without issue, expected that 'device show' would show them marked as alive.
Observed Behavior
Some devices marked as 'DEAD' but interface and other information appears to be updating.
