Add "-v | --version" cli runner parameter to get tester version

First and main motivation is simplier way to get used version. And i believe it's common way to get version.

I think that simpler than tester -v is just tester. It prints version.

The help output is not really great for machine consumption, which the -v strings sometimes try to be (not always though)
