[Bug]: Logo in the middle of the screen #1828

Bug description
I've upgrade my server to 32.0.3 and now when I load any page I get a fullscreen "logo". Needs to delete a whole modal-mask modal-mask--opaque first-run-wizard node in the DOM to see my page.
Steps to reproduce
Just upgraded from v30 to v32 using sudo -u www-data php updater/updater.phar like I usually do.
Expected behavior
View pages correctly.
