[FEAT]: not store previous update IP to file

Description

As user, sometime I don't know IP store on file match with IP on CloudFlare DNS or not.

So I think not using this method.
Replace with function get current IP on CloudFlare is better.

Consider about rate limit: https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/limits/

The global rate limit for our API is 1200 requests per 5 minutes. If you exceed this, all API calls for the next 5 minutes will be blocked, receiving a HTTP 429 response.
