Expose onewire_write_bit and onewire_read_bit to LUA to support devices like DS2406 #3688

Missing feature
This feature is already in onewire.c but not exposed and usable in LUA
Justification
Devices like Dallas DS2406 require bit write to set the PIO-A.
Workarounds
I found no workarounds.
