Prebuilt has incorrect permission

https://dl.nwjs.io/v0.101.2/nwjs-sdk-v0.101.2-linux-x64.tar.gz has files with permission unusable if it was extracted by bsdtar -xf.

For example, nwjs-sdk-v0.101.2-linux-x64/nw has 600. This increase comprexity of repackaging at AUR. Same for nwjs tarball.

Can't one just change the file permissions using chmod?

Easy to fix by myself is not a reason to fix at upstream.

I think not making files executable (chmod +x) is due to security reasons so that nothing is executed server side. But @rogerwang would know better
