Animation repeating when I set something in useState hook

Everytime I set some value to any hook in the screen that I have some animations, the animation repeat. there's a way to avoid this?

i think you have used your hook in useEffect like useEffect(( )=>{ } ,["YOURHOOK"])
this causes Screen refresh i think
