Observatio Portal - dictionary key repeated in query parameters for listing observations

If you look at the API documentation for the Observation Portal:

https://observatorycontrolsystem.github.io/api/observation_portal/

under Observations, you will see that the dictionary key 'ordering' is repeated in query parameters for listing observations.
