Update npmjs.com readme

On https://www.npmjs.com/package/fullcontact, it has an outdated Readme.

I almost skipped on this library because the Readme doesn't include "Contacts", as the updated Readme.md in this repo does.

Perhaps you want to automate pushing to npmjs.com or, at the very least update it to reflect the current readme.
