A general attachment system

• refactor img_paste.lua with vim.system and vim.fn.jobstart.
• general filetype support for all file types that obsidian app supports feat: generic attachment filetype: drag n drop, opening #77
• virtual text support for file metadata display, like audio duration and etc. (maybe a separate plugin)
