Expected Behavior
The how-to-build links should direct to the correct resources in order to help people contribute.
Current Behavior
The how-to-build links direct to a how-to-install page that is clearly missing the headings/anchors to which the links are pointing and that has no information about building the project.
Steps to Reproduce
- Follow one of the build instruction links
- See that there are no build instructions on the page
