Do we have any use cases for deploying multiple RSCT instances within a cluster @varad-ahirwadkar ? I'd like to add more context to this issue by explaining the problem statement and the reasoning behind this approach, so that same information can be carried forward into the implementation.

We don't have a use case for deploying multiple RSCT instances in a cluster. RSCT is designed to run as a single deployment with only one CR, since it manages cluster-wide service. Multiple deployments will not work as they can conflict. The operator should therefore check for an existing RSCT deployment/CR and prevent creating duplicates, ensuring consistency and reliability.
