engine clears effects on return to rmHub, but keeps weapon and skin

if player touched TelekidEnable and back to hub, variable "telekid" will turn false, but skin and weapon will be keep

that's a bug that's been fixed in the Delicious Level Design Contest edition, i'll backport it at some point
