[heirlooms] Scruffy levels are not prefilled from save

Describe the bug
Lately I noticed that in the heirloom tool, Scruffy levels are not correctly checked from the save data.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://omsi6.github.io/heirlooms/
2. Uncheck all (some) Scruffy level checks
3. Put save data in the input
4. Scruffy checks stayed the same.

Expected behavior
Check the Scruffy checks from the save data.
