[bug] Refresh the project indexing script to detect components in the layers panel

I have a component selected and it shows in the files and the code panel, but isn't purple in the layers panel. may need to refresh the indexing more frequently

Perhaps related – if you're using the preview mode and clicking on things and new elements enter the DOM, they don't show up in the layers list if they're layered on top of the original site.
