Bug on eval InternVL3.5_8b_thinking on video bench

在使用最新的代码评测 InternVL3.5_8b_thinking时，在视频bench上（32帧），模型输出报错：

internal error happened, status codeResponseType.INPUT_LENGTH_ERROR

推理使用的是 pytorchengine，代码和https://github.com/open-compass/VLMEvalKit/pull/1220中保持一致
