Consider updating name from Neuropixels-1.0 to Neuropixels-1.0f

This is (roughly) how we refer to this headstage in the software package (ConfigureHeadstageNeuropixelsV1f), and that's how we will refer to this headstage in the onix-docs after open-ephys/onix-docs#75 is resolved.

I suggest making this update in the README title and maybe the repo name so that people visiting this repo understand it's for the Neuropixels-1.0f headstage. I don't think this update needs to occur anywhere else in this repo unless those files are being edited for other reasons anyway.
