OpenMetadata's config yaml error when RDS/Opensearch passwords start with special characters.

Migrating the OpenMetadata Schema.
Failed to db migration due to
io.dropwizard.configuration.ConfigurationParsingException: /opt/openmetadata/bootstrap/../conf/openmetadata.yaml has an error:
  * Malformed YAML at line: 332, column: 14; while parsing a node
