How to contribute?

Hi, it's not an issue per se, but rather a question.
I've just stumbled upon Sipeed M1s (BL808) and I see some potential in this board. I would be willing to contribute to the required implementation in my free time, so my question is - do you have a bug tracker or wiki or whatever with a list of things that have to be implemented or are not working properly etc, as well as the up-to-date documentation?
