Plugin Administration, section Reports: Setting filter EndDate to today does not include today's reports #450

Describe the bug
Go to plugin administration, section reports.
Open filter and set EndDate to today.
Bug 1: Today's reports (e.g. Report of quality problems) are not shown after the filter is applied.
Bug 2: Description of "End date" field is missing (a title above would be nice).
