Server Profile update for ThermalSubsystem, PowerSubsystem, Fan, and PowerSupply

based on this ticket #74, the server profile v1.1 has been updated.
but the validator(tag version 2.2.3) still reports the errors when using the server profile. if I use the baseline profile, there is no such error.
could you help check? thanks.

For the SericalConsole error - In the Redfish model, Manager.SerialConsole property is considered Deprecated in favor of ComputerSystem.SerialConsole. In Server v1.1, the location of the SerialConsole property was moved from the Manager to the ComputerSystem.

For the Power and Thermal error messages, the Baseline Profile allows either to deprecated Power/Thermal resources or the new PowerSubsystem and ThermalSubsystem resources. The Server Profile entries for Power and Thermal need to be conditional upon their existence.
