It is not possible to compile deb-pkg (linux-headers) due to the name of the kernel with capital letters #1031

Description

@yogch

When trying to compile linux-headers using:

make -C packages/base/any/kernels/5.4-lts/configs/x86_64-all/linux-5.4.40 deb-pkg

Eventually I get:

dpkg-gencontrol: error: illegal package name 'linux-headers-5.4.40-OpenNetworkLinux': character 'O' not allowed

It happens due to the name of the kernel which has capital letters: O, N and L.

A solution might be to make only the name of the deb with lower case letters.
