Remove auxiliaryRepositories occonfig-artifacts and design

Users find it confusing to have these two repositories always added without further info, content or explicit purpose.

Describe the solution you'd like
Simply remove their creation, users can nevertheless just add aux repositories when needed.

We could add a README to each one of these repositories stating their purpose, but I do believe it is better to simply keep it clean.
