Add a clearer text indicator for discord log-in status

I have a problem with consistently being logged out and not knowing if I'm logged in at all.

I feel it's unclear if you're logged in and under what name.

I would like the browser to display a simple text line:

Logged out

or

Logged in as:
[NAME]

Next to the icon. Which should only require a few lines of HTML and make it a lot easier to determine log in status.
