Additional Lobby ID text field at end of lobby creation modal #2082

Problem
When I create a lobby to play with friends, it's a frequent minor frustration that I click through the game options, reach the bottom of the scroll area, and then have to scroll back up to grab the lobby id to paste into discord.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd much prefer to have the Lobby ID text field shown at the bottom of the game options modal, or with a fixed position such that is always visible, or both at the top and bottom.
I think fixed position is probably best, in a bar that also shows who is in the lobby, so that those things are always visible.

It'd be great to be able to persist a lobby between games, so a new ID isn't needed for every game. But that's a whole 'nother thing.
