Our JATS metadata lacks pages numbers

Oai_dc has pages numbers and license but not the full copyright statement

Both examples above are also peer reviewed. I do not see that as an option in the JATS OAI structure. Perhaps it is not in JATS? It also does not seem to be in oai_dc which does seem a shame for sharing metadata.`

I believe these are covered by work on 1.7.x but I'll double check them. Annoyingly, uiowa got upgraded after these tests were conducted
