Resend emails to maintain their original subject line #5001

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When resending an email, the subject line changes to a template, rather than the original - potentially edited one - be retained. Editors can edit this again when resending an email, but it may be easier for QoL if this gets detected and the line gets prefilled with the previously edited version.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Leave as is, editors can manually edit it - if they dont forget to do it. This is not the most pressing issue and the functionality is there as is. In my opinion, this depends on how much work it would be.
