Improve hardhat integration #69
Description
We should integrate with hardhat and run the app on a hardhat script, it should run over port 3030 with mainnt and localhost by default and allow the hardhat config to define the networks and port to be used.
For the contracts we can have a localContracts file on the explorer and put the data about hardhat contracts on that file.
