Why does this throw a Trojan warning when I extract?

I get the following warning from Microsoft Defender when I extract this from the archive on Windows 11:

From the Affected Items, it seems like it may be interacting with Tautulli? Any idea what's going on here?

To be specific, this happens when MultiScreenSaver.scr is extracted to my Downloads folder.

Use uncompressed build, it's a bit larger but throws less false positives for trojans. Discussed a bit here #6 (comment)
