Summit page update and redesign

We haven't had a summit planned since 2018 and as such our summit page https://opensourcedesign.net/summit/ is now out of date!

We should consider a design for this page that allows for:

1. Next summit TBC information including header design, location, sponsors, schedule etc.
2. A history of past summits and links to articles, talks, videos etc

Here are two articles to include from 2018 and 2017.
We could consider adding the meetups organised by OSD members outside of conferences like the new york meetup.
