surface intersect creating duplicate surface names resulting in issues with matching

When I intersect surfaces that don't line up the new surfaces created are have duplicate names resulting in issues with matching. Surfaces have to be manually deleted and redrawn to create new surface name and then rematched.

@njlad please provide the SketchUp and OpenStudio versions you are using. Is this issue manifested when using the original surface matching measure or the Beta Method? Can you rename the .osm file as .txt and upload a sample?
