Responses have the wrong Content-type header

The Content-type header is text/html. I can't grasp why, because Header add Content-type "application/json" is in .htaccess. Figure out what's up.

In case it's a Header add permissions problem, I explicitly added AllowOverride All to the Apache conf file, but that didn't make any difference.
