[S3] Work to be done

Feature description

The S3 OSDs need to be implemented and scheduled by the Framework.
To configure these: the alba asd-manager must be adjusted to create s3 osds (or some other standalone manager)

Must have

• Adjust Manager code to spin up S3 osds
• Configure an S3 Arakoon
• Allow bucket configuration within the backend overview

• Auto-schedule the manager instances on Amazon
• Allow Framework to be setup with amazon instances
• Configure a Grafana for statistics

I'm not sure what is needed here. Will OPS not cover this as part of https://github.com/openvstorage/operations/issues/64 and pick it up in their Ansible script.

This is something for OPS (and maybe @andersfugmann will want some views also)
