Llama stack json is requesting URLs of Chroma & PostGres - it should not

File is asking end user to supply service URL for Chrome, postgres and others. how would the user know the service names when OCIAIB is setting up those as part of the blueprint deployment?

Ideal scenario the backend should set that.
