[Feature]: Telegram Adapter: Support for posting to Topics in Groups

Related Problem

When enabling topics in a telegram group they become a "supergroup" on the backend - now supporting an optional parameter message_thread_id to use alongside a chat id.
I am trying to organize some information in different topics for my flat hunt, and would like fredy to post to a specific topic with that additional parameter, while I collect exposes, archive certain results in other topics of that same chat group.

Proposed Feature

It would be great if the Telegram notification adapter would support an optional field for message_thread_id . :)

Benefits

Organizing in a dedicated telegram supergroup with topics enabled. Notification for different jobs going to different topics (e.g. buying vs renting vs swap) - One can mute individual topics as well
