Add a control for logging/alerts/monitoring #363
Description
In the discussion of #302 in this week's meeting, we agreed it was worth entertaining a proposal to add a control for:
Logging/Alerts/Monitoring - These are gaps. Do we desire to address these gaps in our methodology?
Specifically, this is operational logs and monitoring, including failing CI pipelines. Logging functionality of the software being developed is important, but is out of scope for Baseline.
