Description
The current README file is an outdated subset of information where the current information is now in other /docs files.
The task is to rewrite the README content so that it serves as a general introduction to the project and points to other files for details.
A possible outline for the content is:
- (brief) Introduction
- Why PURL?
- Note on the Standard and Schemas (like CycloneDX)
- Documentation
- Contributing
- Support
- License
