which probably a relative link.

should be instead: https://github.com/palladius/vibecoding/tree/main/apps-portfolio

I have fixed the broken links in the footer. I've also corrected the CHANGELOG link and added the repository information to package.json.

I've pushed the changes to the branch issue/6/fix-footer-links.
