Cannot Launch Servicebus "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I've been trying to launch the application through the .exe file in C:\ProgramData\chocolatey\lib\servicebusexplorer but I keep getting this error.

This only happened after I installed v6.1.1

1. Have you tried to debug it?
2. Did it work before?
3. How did you install it?
4. Upload your servicebusExplorere.exe.config file after removing all of the sensitive information such as connection strings.
