OIDC and Entra ID

If I understand the code in the auth-server repo correctly, you are not using a library but build the logic yourself. I suppose, this is because of the default db authentication, that papermerge offers.

I am having issues integrating Entra ID, as it does not support the introspect url. And I also experience the issue already reported in #623 .
