questions abouts calc_fd_measures

Hi, I'm trying to use your tool. I have a question, is the calc_fd_measures function calculated except for the rejected peak? The hp.processed first and the hrv measurement from the calc function and the outlier clean function are written and the hrv measurement from the calc function is the same.
