Add vertical alignment options to lexical table feature

The lexical table feature supports vertical alignment of cells, but the payload feature is missing these alignment options.

It would be great to have vertical alignment capabilities available in the payload feature as well.

@GeorgS how were you able to make the table work in PayloadCMS? I would appreciate if you would share a guide or a snippet. Does it involve adding things from Lexical's playground?

You can use the EXPERIMENTAL_TableFeature from @payloadcms/richtext-lexical and return it from the lexicalEditor functions features function with the default features.
